Sine Effect Electronics will offer repair, replacement or refund (at the manufacturer's discretion) for any sold device for up to 2 years following customer receipt of the device, free of charge, for any manufacturer-caused defect which impairs or prevents the expected functionality advertised at time of purchase.

In the event of manufacturer-caused functional defect, the costs of return shipping will be reimbursed by Sine Effect Electronics. In the event of customer-induced damage, or a customer otherwise deciding to return a functional device for a refund, the customer will be held liable for return shipping costs.

Change-of-mind returns will only be available for 30 days following receipt of the item, if the item is unused. International outbound and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Outbound shipping costs will be refunded to buyers in the UK.
